HRD Staff
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta)
Requirements:
-University graduate, prefer from Law, Management or Psychology with GPA min 3.00
-Having experience minimum 1 year in human resources from manufacturing industry or labour intensive
-Having knowledge and familiar with Manpower Regulation, Job Analysis and Job Evaluation, Performance Management, Assessment, Training and Development
-Hands on experience in dealing with Labour Union, PLB Negotiation and settlement labour dispute
-Strong leadership and good negotiation skill, ability to interact and communicate with all level employees
-Computer literate is must (min MS. Office)
