HRD Staff
Divisions: HRD & GA
Reporting to HRD & GA Manager.
Qualifications:
- Female, Minimum 2 – 4 years experience as HRD Staff.
- Bachelor degree (S-1) in majoring Law or Psychology
- Well-versed with the recruitment and selection process, through interview, psychological assessment, and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers throughout the organization, also discovering and utilizing innovative recruitment and sourcing methods
- Having good Industrial Relation with government such as DepNaKer, Police Dept, Jamsostek, and advanced knowledge in Indonesia Labor Act or Manpower Regulation also handiness in handling employee relation issues (employee cases, contracts, etc)
- Mastering identification of training needs, designing training programs and product knowledge of training module, training evaluation also delivering training itself.
- Understand ISO 9001
- Creative, proactive, able to work in team and be independent
- Good communication skills and pleasant personality
- Responsible and fast learner, hard worker, loyal and trustworthy
