To support continuous business development in Indonesia, they currently looking for highly qualified and dedicated professional to be part of its winning team, as;
Human Resources Development Manager
Requirements:
-Graduate from respected / reputable university with min S1 / S2 in Human Resources Management or a related discipline (psychology / human resource management / teaching background).
-At least 7 years experiences in Training Department, 5 years experience in Organizational and Leadership Development.
-Proficiency good track records minimum 3 years experience in a similar capacity and preferably in a multinational company of a related industry.
-Previous solid experience in developing leaders in large local or multinational corporations.
-Preferably from multinational company and familiar to conduct training needs analysis, provide training support for line manager as well as to Monitor and evaluate training and Development program.
-Possesses strong analytical thinking and leadership skill.
-Able to work independently and also work with an integrated multi-discipline team.
-Has good communication skill, verbally as well as in writing.
-Resourceful and creative.
