HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
This position will be responsible for the HR and general affairs activities, to achieve company goals.
Requirements:
- Male/Female of age – maximum 38 years old.
- Graduate Min (S1) from relevant.
- Must have deep experience in Human Resources and office management with minimum 3 years as HR Generalist Function.
- Must have good interaction and communication skills, one on one or mass communication.
- Has good understanding and fluency in English.
- Strong expertise in Strategic HR, Recruitment, Training and People Development Compensation Benefit, and IR practice.
- Has good knowledge in Balance scorecard.
