We are now seeking a professional to join our team and become a member of the our dynamic Team as:
- Senior Operations Commander: Security/Access Control (SOC-AC) – Operations Commander: Security/Access Control (OM-AC)
- The candidates must be able to establish the chain of command including accept the responsibilities on the assigned area. Leading the people is the rhythm of his role. Capabilities to execute deployment through placement of the right profile of Access Control, effective on the job training, effective supervision & effective reporting system. The profile also have an abilities to communicate effective, a good listener & could capture customer’s voices. The passion of building the team, motivate others, executor in a proper and professional way.. The candidates must be able to demonstrate a strong leadership and technical qualities as well as administrative expertise in the deployment of Security Guards, productivity improvements as well as motivational capabilities. Applicant should posses a strong capacity in the People Management, Human Resources Management and or Training Management with ample knowledge of computer applications, good interpersonal skills and training methodologies. Strong leadership and certified on K3 Umum (preferable) We are looking for persons who are versatile and adaptable, discipline and organized.
- Superintendents: Security/Access Control (S-AC)
- The candidates must be young & dynamic and must be able to demonstrate strong leadership with a strong character with capability to control large number of Security Guards deployed at various locations. Experience as Chief Security or Duty Manager of the four and or five star hotel chains will be preferred with ample knowledge of People Management and implementation of Service Excellent. Strong leadership and certified on K3 Umum. We are looking for persons who are versatile and adaptable, discipline & organized.
