INDUSTRIAL RELATION STAFF
This position will assisted human resource department for implementation of Company regulation based on Indonesian labor law, responsible for handling industrial relations issues as well as familiar handling legal and labor dispute.
The Requirements of this position are shown below:
-Graduate from respected / reputable university with min S1 / S2, HR, Industrial relation, business law graduate would be an -advantage
-Having HR SAP Background
-Great communication skill
-Good leadership, result orientation, communication skill, team work, good networking, initiative and foresight skill
-Good proficiency in spoken and written English
-Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Points
-Min 3-5 years of related working experience
-Statistic knowledge
-Willing to travel around Indonesia
