INHOUSE LAWYER
The incumbent will report directly to the Regional Senior Legal Counsel in Singapore and be responsible for Carrying out day-to-day legal services to all divisions and business units of the Company in Indonesia which include:
-Constructing and preparing legal opinion
-Providing advises for investment and commercial projects
-Arranging business plan, particularly from legal point of view
-Contract drafter and validation of all company’s legal documentation.
-Responsible in handling Corporate Litigation Cases.
-Project manager for various corporate projects, among others: mergers & acquisitions, liquidations, investments, joint ventures or cooperation, restructuring and infrastructures
The Requirements;
-To qualify for the position, the ideal candidate would ideally be:
-A graduate of Law from a reputable university with a certified license of Advocate or practice Lawyer in Jakarta.
-Having at least 10 years of extensive and consecutive experience in which 5 years is practicing corporate law from -Reputable law firm or from multi industries preferably from agro, food or other FMCG company .
-Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English with appropriate verbal and writing skills.
-Having strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convince people
