Int’l Water & Waste Water Company is setting up a new operation and invites Indonesian professional for the following positions:
GENERAL MANAGER (GM)
Responsible for the overall business activities
- Define & apply company’s strategic decisions
- Provide guidelines & oversee management of human resource
- Review budget & provide financial reports
O & M MANAGER (OMM)
Responsible for O & M department
- Meet the production and water quality targets
- Develop efficient teamwork conditions
- Set up comprehensive reporting and procedures system
- Address safety, quality and environmental issues
- Evaluate & plan corrective & preventive actions
FINANCE And ADMIN MANAGER (FAM)
Responsible for all admin, accounting, taxation & financial activities
- Provide monthly P & L and cashflow statements
- Conduct cost and revenue analysis
- Apply the company assets management system
PLANNING & MONITORING MANAGER (PMM)
Responsible to monitor all terms & conditions:
- Implement all investments & assets improvement programs
- Provide monthly progress reports
- Liaise with client and stakeholder
General requirements:
GM: Graduate in Environmental/Chemical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering. Post graduate in Business Admin is a plus Min 12 yrs exper incl 5 yrs at decision making level
OMM : Graduate in Environmental/Chemical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering .Min 10 yrs exper in Utilities
FAM : Graduate in Finance or Accounting. Min 7 yrs exper. Understanding tax regulations
PMM : Graduate in Engineering. Min 10 yrs exper in Utilities. Exp in Assets Mngt is a plus
FOR ALL: Fluency in English and computer skill
