Requirements:
-Degree holders from reputable university with excellent result.
-Must have a Bachelor Degree majoring in Finance or Real Estate.
-Minimum 3 years experience in investment banking and/or has worked in a property consultancy firm or real estate company.
-Fluent in English both oral and written.
-Good interpersonal skills, self-starter, and discipline.
-Be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
-Proactive, assertive & self motivated, with advanced interpersonal, communication & negotiation capabilities.
