General Affairs Staff (GAS)
( Jakarta based)
Objective:
Manage General Affair functions in order to support the business operations within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Male/ Female max. 27 years old
- Hold a min Diploma (D3) degree in Office Management or related field of studies.
- Min 1 – 2 years working experience (in IT industries would be preferred)
- Deep knowledge of GA Functions (Asset & Insurance Management, Office Management, Traveling Administration, Transportation, Maintenance & Facility and other internal services duties)
- Having experience in making relationship with business partner in relation to GA functions.
General requirements:
- Good English speaking and writing skills
- Computer literate, and knowledge in MS Office (esp. MS Excel)
- Good interpersonal skills, leadership, honest, confident, active, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team
