LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
General Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
- Four (4) experience especially in Training and Organizational Development as Supervisor
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Well g rounded in modern training methods and techniques
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access and Power Point) is a must
- Enjoy meeting people, has good interpersonal skill and teamwork
- Effective communication skills
- Innovative, excellent organizational skills, self starter and quick learner
