Lowongan Kerja Legal Counsel di Mining Exploration Company

A Mining Exporation Company, engaged in gold exploration in several projects, is looking for:

Legal Counsel – Jakarta based
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure and monitor company’s compliance to prevailing laws and regulations including corporate law, mining law, land law
- Advise General Manager and top management on trends, changes, and updates in mining laws which impact company’s business in Indonesia
- Act as company’s legal representative in dealing with government officials, claim or action addressed to company and its affiliates
- Prepare, draft and negotiating contract with third party in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Monitor and track of company’s legal documents, permit and licenses both for corporate secretarial and company’s business segment.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Laws
- Minimum three (3) years experiences in similar roles in Mining Industry as Legal Counsel and or Litigation lawyer
- Having strong knowledge in mining laws as well corporate laws
- Familiar with conflict resolution in mining industry in legal actions
- Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa
- Able working without supervision and self starter
- Able to travel to operation site.
