LEGAL/CONTRACT EXECUTIVE
General Requirements:
-S1 Law degree.
-Min 3 yrs exp in admin & preparation of Contract documents.
-Has legal background knowledge for mining & marine works is an advantage.
-Computer literate.
-Good communication in English.
-Able to work under pressure & proven leadership skills.
-Experience in Kalimantan is an advantage.
JOB DESC
-Assist Contract Manager in administration & preparation of Contract documents/ policies covering Operations in mining, marine & engineering.
-Maintain updated version of all contract documents (Soft & Hard copies) at Jakarta office incl reviewing if these are properly implemented at our mine site or not.
-Review any contractual issues/ claims/ disputes between clients/contractors and providing analysis / recommendation for settlement.
-Will be stationed in Jakarta with occasional traveling to mine sites in Indonesia.
Character preferred:
-Creative, hard worker & able to work under pressure.
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
