Legal Manager
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
-Provide contracts, policies, and related forms of Agreement in order to support the insurance products that are compliance with law
-In charge in the Judicial process representing the Company
-Evaluate proposal or draft of agreement/contract, actions and other situations that may have legal impact and determine pertinent course of action as required.
-Prepare Legal opinion in order to convince business counterpart, lenders and sponsors that the Company has full power and legal authority to enter into business contract in its own name.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Law or equivalent.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
-Preferred language(s): Mandarin.
-At least 8 year(s) of working experience, 2 years in the manager level.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
-Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
-Preferably Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
-Full-Time positions available.
