Especially to provide IPM (Integrated Project Management)/ IDS (Integrated Drilling Services) in the drilling activities. Or, acting as drilling contractor to support oil/ gas/ geothermal business activities.
With the full support of all resources and networks from our company Group and experienced engineers, personnel, and Rigs Asset, our company is certain and confident that we can provide fully professional services to the satisfaction of the entire stakeholder. Especially to and from the customers.
We are currently seeking a candidate to fill our vacant position as Logistics Coordinator with the following roles & responsibilities :
- To coordinate and ensure that all of Logistics functions will run in line with the Rig Operation.
- To analyze an effective and efficient cost logistics.
- Provide regular report of Logistics handling to Operation Manager in daily basis.
- Coordinate the importation administration process to fulfill the time schedule of goods handling.
- Coordinate and arrange the tools, parts and equipment transportation to and from Rig Location.
- Liaise with relevant vendors in arranging the goods transportation to and from location.
- Liaise with all Line Management to achieve the efficient and effective cost of Logistics handling.
General Skill and Requirement:
- Male/female
- At least 5 (five) years working experience in Logistics and Import Duty Handling.
- Having good knowledge and understanding of Import Duty Handling.
- Good knowledge and understanding of customs clearance administration and cost.
- Certified Customs Clearance handling.
- Having good communication in English both written and verbal.
- Willing to work in team and tight schedule.
- Able to operate computer Microsoft Office and internet
- Good personality, hard worker, independent and honest
