Controller
Job Summary
Responsible for protecting the target business of division in order to ensure the target business can be obtained by taking into account the standard legal norms and group policy
Key Job Accountability
Control most elements within Profit and Loss statement of the division (until operating expense) in order to meet its botten line objective by taking care the :
Customer allowance, clearance and returns to generate net sales
Product contribution
PPP expense
Operating expense
Analyze the budget proposal of every entity in the division and set up the possible budget based on historical data, future performance prediction, future strategy of the business
Follow up the budget position of the division
Follow p on profitability, analyze profit margin by product line and or customer
Provide anticipation action due to the actual business performance in order to ensure the battom line target can be met by revising the budget / trend, adjusting the expense
Develop 3 years plan and annual budget, P&L of the division, standard Cost of Good for every product line
Develop the standard group reporting acquired by company (draff flash report, final flash report)
