CREDIT CONTROL MANAGER ( CCM )
POSITION PURPOSE:
The purpose of the Credit Control Manager position is to effectively manage and lead day to day operational of credit control activities.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
2.1. Management of credit control to maximize the payment received.
2.2. Control/reduce the debtors days outstanding
2.3. Chasing of outstanding debt including the raising of debt chasing letter, statement, telephone chasing.
2.4. Reconciliation
2.5. To manage the operational processes by ensuring all payments/credit refunds are processed, allocated and reconciled against customer account in a timely manner.
2.6. Improving system and operational procedure to minimize risk due to bad payment.
2.7. Updating of cash book with all credit received and ensure posted onto the system
2.8. Creation of new accounts and developing the credit checking facility around the new account.
2.9. Ensuring sales invoices are raised and posted.
2.10. Ensuring credit control targets and objectives are met and developed.
2.11. To review current method used within the department and assist in improving and developing best practice .
SKILL, KNOWLEDGE, AND QUALIFICATION:
3.1. Minimum 3 year experience in similar position in manufacturing company. Preferably associated with the pre-cast concrete, construction, heavy manufacturing.
3.2. Bachelor of Accounting / Finance.
3.3 Computer literate, Excellent communication in Bahasa and English.
3.4 Minimum 35 years old, Male / Female
