LEGAL OFFICER
· Bachelor degree in Law
· Responsible to oversee legal matters including filling administration legal document
· Capable to review various contract agreement and other legal documents
· Liasion with external legal counsel and government institution
· Familiar with labour law, business legal of company and all legal matters of company
· Min 1 years experience in the same field
· Expert in drafting Company Regulation
· Experience in handling litigation, specially in business
