Our Client, is a major contractor within Mining Industries. They are looking for a qualified person to join their team in Jakarta. The requirements are as follow:
Engineering Department Section Head (ENG_SH)
You will be responsible for mine planning, monitor for quality control in execution of mining operation and support for target achievement and production efficiency.
Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- Making production target plan and efficient of equipment requirement for mining operation based on Mine Planning and Mine Design.
- Monitoring progress of production work result, problem at mining operation and have solution for that matters.
- Reporting all mine planning and progress report to Project Manager (site) and Department Head (Head Office).
- Monitoring and evaluating for all subordinates must have ability in their job, including individual development for them.
- Coordination to other department, Head office and Customer / Owner about mining Operation.
Requirement:
- S1 from mining, civil, geology or industrial engineering study with 5 years exp. or D3 with 10 years experiences specially from Mine Planning.
- Understanding in mining operation like OVERBURDEN, COAL PRODUCTION, DRILLING AND BLASTING, FLEET MANAGEMENT, HEAVY EQUIPMENT AND SUPORTING.
- Understanding in Cost Analysis, Material and Transportation/ Coal Handling System.
- Computer skills (Mine Plan Software)
Supervisor (ENG_SP)
You will be responsible for mine planning source, supervising of progress and implementation of mine planning at mining operation.
Main Duties:
- Responsible in mine planning for Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly and Daily.
- Monitoring and evaluating of implementation and progress from Pit, Hauling Road and Disposal.
- Making activity report plan and mine design periodically.
- Coordinating with other department like production and plant.
Requirement:
- D3/S1 from mining, civil or geology study.
- Min. having experiences in mining survey in 3 years
- Mine Plan software experiences
- Strong character
Plant Department Section Head (PLAN_SH)
You will be responsible for controlling budget, tools and support facility in accordance with production unit availability on site based on specific plan, target and strategic.
Main Role:
- Reporting all plant operation to Project Manager (site) and Department Head (Head Office).
- Responsible in Plant Maintenance including budget maintenance plant for all unit on site, schedule maintenance and overall maintenance (planned and unplanned)
- Responsible in availability of logistic, parts or inventory as a plan.
- Responsible in development and implementation of maintenance program.
- Coordinator with other section in site, Head office and vendor /supplier maintenance
- Monitoring and evaluating for all subordinates must have availability in their jobs, including development for them.
Requirement:
- S1 from machine, electrical or engineering study with 5 years experience in open pit equipment and plant maintenance.
- D3 from machine, electrical or engineering study with 8 years experience in open pit equipment and plant maintenance.
- Microsoft Office
- Strong character.
Supervisor (PLAN_SP)
You will be responsible for planning, implementation and supervising pf Planned/Unplanned Maintenance activity for production and support equipment based on fixed target.
Main Duties:
- Responsible in Planned Maintenance including service-periodic maintenance, predictive maintenance, component exchange and conditional monitoring.
- Responsible in unplanned maintenance including troubleshooting, repair and service.
- Responsible in review, evaluating and monitoring from planned/unplanned maintenance activity
- Responsible in execution of safety, health and environment in plant production.
- Monitoring for all activity with safe, efficient and effective method.
- Prepare daily work plan for group leader plant.
- Monitoring and evaluating for all subordinates must have ability in their job.
Requirement:
- S1 from machine or electrical engineering with 3 years experience and have experience in managerial level.
- D3 from machine or electrical engineering with 5 years experience and have experience in managerial level.
- STM from machine or electrical with 10 years experiences and have experiences in managerial level.
- Maintenance Plan Software is a must.
- Strong character.
SHE Department Supervisor (SHE_SP)
You will be responsible for Implementation of Safety, Health and Environment Regulation in mine operation based on site’s plan and strategy
Main Duties:
- Prepare for regulation, procedure and policy of SHE
- Responsible in monitoring and supervising of SHE target achievements(zero LTI/Lost time injury ) on site.
- Coordination with other section head in accordance to SHE aspect on site.
- Making activity report to SHE activity.
Requirement:
- S1 from public health or engineering study with 3 years experiences or D3 with 6 years experiences.
- Have First Aid Certified
- Fire Fighting certified
- Strong Character.
Production Department Section Head (PROD_SH)
You will be responsible for monitor and lead a group of production supervisor in handling mining operation in safe, efficient and effective operation.
Main Role:
- Reporting all mining operation to Project Manager (site) and Department Head (Head Office).
- Responsible in daily work plan for supervisor production based on work order, daily plan and weekly plan from engineering department.
- Monitoring and controlling of daily operational of production running well with safe, efficient and effective way.
- Responsible in availability of logistic, parts or inventory as a plan.
- Responsible in SHE in mining operation
- Responsible in fulfillment of production target (production, overburden, earthmoving, removal etc)
- Monitoring and evaluating for all subordinates must have availability in their jobs, including development for them.
Requirement:
- S1 from mining, geology and engineering
- Should have experiences in mining operations 8 years and have managerial level.
- Cost operation method for mine production.
- Microsoft Office
- Strong character.
Supervisor (PROD_SP)
You will be responsible for monitor and lead group of production group leader in handling overburden and coal mining production in safe, efficient, and effective operation.
Main Role:
- Monitoring and controlling of prepare group mining operator in execution of shift mining operation, including give briefing and instruction for group leader.
- Inspection for all operation at mine must running well.
- Monitoring and give instruction for improvement at mine area.
- Monitoring and evaluating for all operator from group leader.
- Responsible in execution of SHE in mining operation
- Responsible in fulfillment of production target (production, overburden, earthmoving, removal and etc).
Requirement
- D3/S1 from mining, geology or engineering study
- Min. having experiences in mining operation 5 years.
- Understanding in heavy equipment mining method, mining operation and production equipment
- Cost operation method for mine production.
- Strong character.
Hauling Department Section Head (HAUL_SH)
You will be responsible of hauling activity in site as fixed plan and target, with safe, efficient and effective way.
Main Role:
- Prepare for hauling operational procedure at mining operation based on fixed plan and target.
- Monitoring in implementation of hauling operational procedure done with good, efficient and best way.
- Responsible in execution of Safety, Health, and Environtment in mining operation.
- Responsible in target achievement from production hauling
- Controlling of manpower usage with efficient.
Requirement:
- D3 / S1 from mining, geology or engineering study
- Min 8 years in mining operations and have managerial level.
- Understanding in hauling mine operation like Overburden and Coal Production, Hauling Road maintenance, Stock Piling, Fleet Management, Heavy Equipment and Supporting.
- Have strong character.
Pit Service Department Section Head (PS_SH)
You will be responsible in mining operation specially in pit as fixed plan and target, with safe, efficient, and effective way.

- Prepare for hauling operational procedure at mining operation baesd on plan and taget.
- Monitoring in implementation of hauling operational procedure done with good, efficient and best way.
- Responsible in execution of SHE in mining operation.
- Responsible in target achievement from production hauling
- Controlling of manpower usage with efficient.
Requirements:
- D3 / S1 from mining, geology and engineering study
- Min 8 years experiences in mining operation and have managerial level.
- Understanding in hauling mine operation like Overburden and Coal Production, Hauling Road Maintenance, Stock Piling, Fleet Management, Heavy Equipment and Supporting.
- Strong Character.
