ESAB is a multi national company in providing welding consumables, welding equipment, welding automation and cutting automation.Due to expansion of our factory in Purwakarta, Indonesia, we are seeking highly motivated individuals with strong manufacturing background and experience for the following positions :
Lean Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform lean manufacturing through out the company.
In co-operation with other manager or function to make improvement on all area.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Male, max 40 years.
Bachelor degree (S1) in technical or industrial technique from reputable university.
Minimum 2 years has working experience in industry or manufacturing, preferably car manufacturing.
Has knowledge on statistic and data analysis.
Has experience in practicing lean tools.
Strong personality, self motivated and initiative, strong leadership, able to work in a team work.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Computer literate (Microsoft office application).
Willing to be stationed in Cikampek, Purwakarta.
