Our client is an MNC information technology company in Indonesia which currently is looking for professionals who can be positioned as a presales consultant
PRESALES CONSULTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The role involves bid management & pre-sales activities and it involves certain post-sales activities in supporting network implementation and troubleshooting if required.
Responsibilities and qualifications are as follows:
To provide bid support and design detailed data. This includes specifying the customer equipment to be utilized, documentation and consultancy to the customer on the solution and price for the solution.
Qualifying customer requirements, designing and costing data and voice network solutions, detailing scope of supply and providing design input to formal service proposals.
Producing detailed design information, providing bid support and updating relevant network documentation in support of the service implementation process.
Ability to maintain and develop own professional and technical skills as applicable.
High achiever, can do attitude, customer focus, and able to handle challenges
At least five years working experience in pre-sales solution support role
Solid track record of complex solution selling into the Enterprise sector.
