SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER ( SFM )
POSITION PURPOSE:
The purpose of the Senior Finance Manager position is to effectively manage day to day company financial performance.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
2.1. Monitor overall operational financial performance, ensure that finance and administrative controls are adequate to prevent business loss or risk.
2.2. Cost control analysis and their impacts.
2.3. Evaluate and recommend alternate plans or option
2.4. Generate internal reporting to assist managing business.
2.5. Make sure all the payment can be done as scheduled, proper amount and follow the procedure, including document requirement.
2.6. Collecting data and information to make budget .
2.7. Coordinating with sales and accounting to manage account receivable which already recorded accordingly, on time payment, and all the problem that may arise can be solved shortly.
2.8. Monitoring Company cash flow , anticipate action when found insufficient or and over of fund in short or long range.
2.9. Creating, running, and controlling finance control system effectively and efficiently including policy and procedure of finance.
SKILL, KNOWLEDGE, AND QUALIFICATION:
3.1. Minimum 3 year experience in similar position in manufacturing company. Preferably associated with the pre-cast concrete, construction, heavy manufacturing.
3.2. Bachelor of Accounting / Finance.
3.3 Computer literate, Excellent communication in Bahasa and English.
3.4 Minimum 35 years old, Male / Female
