We are inviting young Indonesian graduates & professionals to fill the following position:
Business Process & Quality Supervisor/Ast. Manager (PQM)
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for providing business process and corporate strategy development services troughout Strategic
Business Unit (SBU) under the Group.
The job holder will assisst SBUs to develop and implement business process as well as BP reengineering,
organization/corporate strategy, continuous improvement management, standard operating procedure, and also
organization system.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Management, or any
related major.
· Also she/he must show good analytical thinking, teamwork, and ability in leading several projects.
· Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
· Preferably Group Leader/Coordinator/Section Head/Supervisory Level specializing in Process and Quality, Six
Sigma, Strategic Management Office with solid experience in handling business process analysis, balanced
scorecard concept, continuous improvement management program, ISO, SOP Development.
· At least 3 year(s) of working experience in multinational company with experience in implementing above required
skills
Terms, Condition and Benefits:

- Report to : Process & Quality Department Head
- Position : Permanent
Compensation : Monthly Based Salary
