Management Development Manager
JOB SUMMARY
Reporting directly to The Support Division Head. He / She must come across as an action oriented business sense first with the SOP’s expertise being secondary and work within the group of company and collaborates closely with The Management, Division Head and all Department Heads to lead and align the development of KPI with the business strategies; create and improve SOP’s and other policies and procedures related to our client’s business purposes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads the strategic development and implementation of KPI and SOP including the follow-up till the end results.
- Develops the overall strategy and tactical work-plans to address priority issues and opportunities that guide organizational policy directions.
- Work with The Management, Division Heads, Department Heads and Other Parties to develop strategies that guide the focus and objectives of Group of company business activities.
- Initiates and creates an overall annual KPI for all Departments in group, together with The Management and Division Heads.
- Develops and maintains historical KPI and SOP data and ensures the security and confidentiality.
- Plans, review and evaluates all current SOP including further actions of the implementation.
- Ensures compliance with the related business regulations and other legislations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Male / Female, max 35 years old.
- University graduated in Management, preferably S2 in Management with min. GPA 3.00.
- Five (5) years experience in the same position where he / she has successfully designed and executed programs aligned to business goals.
- Experience in developing and implementing programs and can clearly outline the ROI from these initiatives in quantifiable terms.
- Experience in business planning and providing briefings to senior leadership.
- Experience in Internal Auditor and Public Accountant.
- Conceptual thinker, self-directed, entrepreneurial, high degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Proactive, result driven, and energetic.
