The candidate will be responsible for financial reporting and compliance, Successful candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, with 5 years of experience as an Accounting chief in manufacturing entity, The candidate is required to have in depth understanding in financial reporting, budgeting and corporate tax issues
CORPORATE HRD MANAGER (CHM)
The candidate will be in charge if formulating and integrating HR policies in recruitment, people development, rewards and performance management for a group of companies. The job calls for excellent conceptual and analytical thinking, as well as adaptability to different implementation conditions across business units. Successful candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Psychology with 5 years of experience in a manufacturing entity
CORPORATE AUDIT ASSISTANT MANAGER (CAM)
The candidate will join a team of Internal Auditors, reporting to President Director. He/she is required to have a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from a prestigious university. Ideally, the candidate will have 5 years of experience working for a public accountant, with intensive exposure in manufacturing clients, Detailed oriented, the candidate should have excellent analytical skills
PLANT MANAGER (PLM)
The candidate will be in charge of managing total supply chain and production of new product category. An ideal candidate should have a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with 10 years of experience managing at least 300 subordinates. He/she should have conceptual know how and first hand experience in production management, preventive maintenance and quality system. A well rounded individual, the candidate should demonstrate a proven record and leadership achievement.
TECHNICAL & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (TDM)
The candidate will be in charge of quality standards, upgrades, and improvement in products, raw materials and process. An ideal candidate will have and Engineering degree in chemical with 10 years of relevant experience in R & D and /or Quality Assurance. He/she should be highly analytical and conceptual , with a strong curiosity and rigor in problem solving, Priority will be given to candidate with exposure in cement materials.
