Marketing Manager ( MM )
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta Selatan)
Responsibilities:
-The purpose of the Marketing Manager position is to make sure marketing strategy running well, open new market, develop current market to achieve sales target.
-Analyzing Sales & Marketing activities data, market & Competitor condition, in order to identify Sales trends compared to target established, or any deviation that might be hamper sales targets, covering .
-Preparing action plans and execute fields surveys ( research ), in order to have a clear picture of the market latest condition.
-Analyzing all data and reporting summarized findings accurately periodically, in order to keep company informed the related information to its business.
-Preparing accurately activities of strategic plans, in order to ensure target achievement are according to the approved target.
-Preparing sales forecast in order to assist the company in setting the Sales target.
-Preparing activities of Sales & Marketing report accurately from time to time as required, to ensure sales target can be achieved and to set up new necessary strategic plans.
-Prepare, suggest and revise the sales & marketing system and procedure.
-Control staff activities, in order to ensure work distribution and result, discipline, skill & attitude especially on positive manner and high motivation.
-Prepare plans of staff development and monitor work targets of each staff officer, in order to ensure optimum resources of each staff officer.
-Generate sales proposal program to undertake or exceed target on Sales Achievement in optimum margin.
-Develop relationship to key person of the big customers, company to company.
-Generate high revenue on profitable price, ensure operational cost are on the track.
-Enlarge Marketing Penetration with New Service Presentation, Market Intelligent to find out hiding need of the customers.
-Develop Marketing Plan and strategic to increase order.
-Review and analyze the contain of the contract.
Requirements:
-Minimum 4 year experiences as managerial level in Sales & Marketing or Business Development in manufacture company. Preferably associated with the pre-cast concrete, construction, building material.
-Bachelor of Engineering, Management or equivalent.
-Computer literate, Excellent communication in Bahasa and English.
-Minimum 35 years old, Male / Female
