All of production processes take place in Cikarang with more than 6.000 employees. Now, we are looking for profesional candidates as:
HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for Recruitment process: Psychological assessment, develop matrix competency & placement.
2.Responsible in handling training program: conduct TNA, arrange training, etc.
3.Responsible in implementing ISO 9001; ISO 14001 for all HR aspect
Qualification:
1.Male & Female, max 30 years of age.
2.Bachelor degree from Reputable university, majoring in psychology.
3.Experience in designing training program for 1-2 years.
4.Experience in handling recruitment process.
5.Deep knowledge in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
6.Excelent Computer skill (Microsoft Office: Word, Excell, Power point & Linux program)
7.Well experience using statistic program.
8.Adaptable, excellent analitical and presentation skill, self starter, excellent communication skill, and able to maintain good relationship with other department.
9.Willing to be placed in Cikarang (We provide shuttle bus for employee).
