Our client is recently seeking for suitable candidate to fill in a vacant position as Recruitment Coordinator
(National Staff Position Band III-Senior Staff Level)
Qualifications:
-Female.
-Holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from a reputable university.
-Well-versed with the recruitment process and certified in conducting the recruitment assessment / test tools.
-Has 3 – 5 years relevant experience in the recruitment process and develop the recruitment system for both senior staff positions and non staff positions (coming from similar industry would be an advantage).
-Has good English communication skills (both writing and speaking).
-Good in computer literate (Microsoft office).
-Core competencies: Self motivated with initiative, outgoing and pleasant personality, good persuasion skills and good leadership and time management skills.
-Has the willingness to travel to the remote site areas from time to time.
-The successful candidate will be placed in the Jakarta head office.
