NET Dev Team Leader
-BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
-Excellent command of both English and Arabic
-Perfect Experience in .NET
-Good Experience in Java.
-Good writing skills
-Strong analytical skills required
-Very good communication skills and research capabilities
-Hard worker, dedicated, independent, self motivated and willing to learn
-Previous experience in similar business is a plus
-Knowledge of SMS, Web, J2ME, IVR technologies is a plus
-Perfect work experience in software development
-Good experience with multi tier system design and implementation
-Experience managing projects and teams
-Good understanding of Software Business and sales related processes
Job Field Development and Delivery Management
Essential duties & responsibilities will include:
-Direct Reporting to Chief Technical Office
-Maintain a productive software development team
-Establish and ensure the execution of projects, delivering the highest quality systems that meet the business needs
-Develop the professional skill sets of team members
-Manage analysts and developers to meet project dates
-Maintain positive working relationship with customers
-Lead multiple delivery projects
-Supervise requirements document/functional specifications, test plan, test cases and scenarios.
-Building a strong .NET/Java centric development team in Cairo
-Strong Input in design and architecture
-Strong Input in development methodology and its implementation
-Successfully delivering new features and products
-Coordinating cross functional and cross location development/delivery efforts
-Participation/Supervision of presales Activates and new product development -
-Job Location Maadi - Residents close to Maadi area have an advantage
