Nippon Steel Construction Indonesia, a Joint Venture of PERTAMINA and NIPPON STEEL CORPORATION offers a complete range of onshore & offshore EPCIC such as Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation & Commissioning services in Oil & Gas industry is currently looking for: Industrial Relation Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute employee declaration and announcement;
- Prepare and review company regulations and policies against best practice and government requirements;
- Liaise with Depnaker, Notary, Lawyer, and other related institutions in order to maintain issues on industrial relations;
- Mediate disputes and grievances within organization;
- Keep informed and up-to-date on changes to labor laws and arbitration decisions;
- Review, interpret, and administer contracts for management;
- Monitor and review the implementation of warning and counseling to ensure the information is given properly;
- Monitor and control all redundancies and terminations including all paperwork, requirements, and correct procedure in order to prevent unfair dismissal;
- Analyze and manage retirement plans for employees;
- Maintain employee contract extension;
- Perform negotiation with employee in order to win the best solution on contract extension.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Law or other related disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as Industrial Relation Specialist;
- Has good relationship with Depnaker, Notary, and Lawyers;
- Fluent in English;
- Computer literate MS. Office;
- Has good interpersonal skills.
