Skills required:

- Experience in product marketing plan which optimize product profitability, market share and revenue growth in the short term and long term (4)
- Provide necessary analysis and decision making information to assure the delivery of the organization’s financial target; as well as coordinates strategic plan, budgeting and monthly business reviews to Regional office (5)
- Partnering with business unit in all process related with hiring, talent development, compensation & benefit and employee relation (6)
- Communicates effectively within the organization about the latest human resources procedures/regulations, monitor and control the implementation of the procedures/regulations (6)
- Competent and experience in identifying and analysing training need, develop necessary program, delivering and evaluating training and development programs for Field Force (7)

- Willing to be assigned to areas in accordance with company needs, preference will be given to candidates willing to be based in Aceh, Bengkulu, Mataram, Ambon and Papua (10)
