Corporate Finance Manager
Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will be the key person in charge of corporate finance and you will explore, evaluate and recommend strategic decisions to achieve long term positive financial impact for the Group
Responsibilities:
- Develop financial models, perform project valuation and financial due diligence and conduct financial and risk analysisof business opportunities and proposals
- Facilitate strategy development processes to drive growth strategies
- Analyses and interprets financial data to provide management information on cost allocation and controls, comparison of results against budget.
- Prepare business/ financial planning and forecasting.
- Assist in advising clients on corporate finance matters and prepare proposals
- Perform analysis on optimal capital structure and develop short and long term financing strategies
- Drive process improvements and other initiatives to continuously refine business operations
Responsible for taxation and accounting issues on transactions to ensure proper preparation and disclosure of financial statement.
- Capable to prepare financial reports : Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, preparing & evaluating annual budget and conducting financial analysis and performance

Requirements:
- Male/Female, max 40 years old
- University degree in finance, economics or business related discipline with strong academic background
- Minimum 3-5 years direct corporate finance experience
- Proficiency in financial modeling is essential
- Strong written and oral communication/ presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- A team player who is organized, self-initiative, independent and willing to work under pressure
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Prefer candidates who can immediately available or within a short notice
