Responsibilities:
-The jobholder is responsible to build, develop, and enhanced internal sales team which are motivated, focused, aggressive and professional to ensure achievement of the aggressive Personal Banking sales target.
Requirements:
-Hold a minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
-Has minimum 1 year experience as sales in Financial / Banking Institution
-Strong communication skills
-Enthusiastic to show his extra mile effort
-Creative person to achieve success
-High resilience person
-Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
-Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
-Has a strong drive to succeed
-Demonstrate high degree of integrity
-Willing to be placed at Surabaya
