Operations Director (OD)
Reporting to the CEO, you will be in charge in managing our manufacturing operation activities in Dacha, Bangladesh. This includes plant, logistics & inventory control, financial, HR and legal matters to achieve business goals and profit targets. You are expected to have minimum 10 years experience as senior management level in a manufacturing of medium size organization. Your success will also require high degree of personal integrity, strong leadership and management skill. Willingness to be based in Dacha.
Financial Accounting Manager (FAM)
Reporting to Operations Director (Dacha based), you will be responsible for ensuring financial reports are completed accurately, manage tax & insurance, dealing with auditors. You will hold the accountant certificate, have at least 3 years experience in similar role within manufacturer and posses excellent accounting knowledge and experience.. Willingness to be based in Dacha.
