HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (HRM)
– At least S1 degree in Human Resources, business administration, psychology, or equivalent is preferred.
- Min 5 years experience as Human Resources Manager is preferred.
-Possess excellent skills in management techniques, budgeting, counseling, business planning, organization and system design.
- Possess strong knowledge of all the human resources areas including benefits, salary compensation, employment, regulatory concerns ,equal opportunity, payroll , and career planning
- Highly motivated, proactive and result oriented individual who should demonstrate strong ability to work as a team and possess strong analytical and coordination skills.
MARKETING MANAGER (MM)
- At least S1 degree in Engineering ,medical doctor, or equivalent is preferred.
- Min 8 years experience in selling medical equipment products and at least 5 years as Marketing/Sales Manager is preferred
- Demonstrate a good knowledge of various medical equipment products.
- Proven ability to overseas all marketing activities from product management, pricing, selling and distribution and promotion activities.
- Strong understanding customer and market dynamic requirements
- Highly motivated, proactive and business oriented individual who should demonstrate strong ability to work a s team and possess strong analytical and coordination skills
- Proven skills in preparing industry Analysis, SWOT Analysis, multi-site organization leadership, product management, develop effective promotion plan and materials, recommended sales process analysis, project tender, government regulation, sales forecast , sales forces and incentive programs, and brand valuation.

Stationed in Jakarta, Menado, Denpasar,Balikpapan.

Job Requirements
- Male/female, max 35 years old.
- Min D3/S1 degree in any discipline preferably Biology, Chemistry, MIPA, Pharmacy ,Medical.
- Preferably experienced in healthcare field at least 1 year.
- Highly motivated individual.
- Possess SIM A (C,D) and SIM C drive license (E).
