-University graduate with minimum 6 years in marketing or customer services experience of which 5 years to be in managerial positions
-Self-motivated and customer orientated
-Sound problem solving and decision making skills
-Strong leadership including staff coaching skills
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Outgoing personality with strong presentation skills
-Practical knowledge of pension and investment products
-Computer literate in MS Office
-Proficient in both spoken and written Bahasa and English
