The position
People Capability Development Manager (PCDM) – Jakarta based

Reporting to : HR Director
Direct Report : Training Coordinator and Training Administrator
Purpose of job : Develop, plan, coordinate and evaluate the development of employees’ capabilities in their skills, knowledge and behavior in their job or for future career growth to meet individual and company human resource requirements.

Key responsibilities:
1. Implement, evaluate and improve Career Development and Succession Plan system to ensure availability of capable people to meet current and future business needs.
2. Implement, evaluate and improve Performance Management Process to ensure objective assessment and development needs are addressed.
3. Act as in-house consultant for training and development such as planning and budgeting, identifying training needs, development planning and sourcing for training provider/facilitator to assist and provide advice to managers on people development.
4. Develop, implement, evaluate and improve Training Needs Analysis and Competency Based Assessment Process to determine suitable training and development needs to develop employees’ capability and improve performance/productivity.
5. Analyze training programs, quality of training provider and ROI to determine effectiveness and value of training programs.
6. Develop and maintained HR Scorecard to monitor progress and achievement of HR programs and initiatives.
7. Deliver and evaluate quality of in-house training on basic managerial/supervisory skills (e.g. Performance Management, Situational Leadership) to improve employees’ basic managerial/supervisory skills and ensure delivery standards are met.
8. Implement and maintain Quality Procedure for training, development and succession planning.

Qualifications:
- S1 degree in any field.
- Have at least 5 years experience in people development of which 3 years in managerial capacity.
- Have experience in competency based people development; sound understanding of organizational behavior
- English language proficiency
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
