PT. Seascape Surveys Indonesia, a Services Company focused on Survey, Positioning, Underwater and Subsea Inspection Project in The Offshore Oil and Gas Industry is looking for Personnel & Logistic Administrator.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling Ticketing & Accommodation arrangement
- Arrange Medical Check Up
- Handling work permit
- updating personnel’s document: CV, passport, seaman and BOSET certificate
- Arrangement for Boset training
- Arrangement & Updating schedule, time sheet, training matrix for all operations personnel
*handling crew change
- handling international correspondences

Basic Requirements
- Woman & Single
- Age between 20 – 28 yrs old
- minimum D3 from any discipline with GPA minimum 2.75
- Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team and individually;
- Self motivated and capable of independent work activities;
- Competency in work processing software and Microsoft Office;
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Minimum one year of working experience
