Qualification & Experience
-Min Academic Bachelor Degree (S1) in any discipline
-A min of 10 years working experience in Managerial level (within the industry)
-Strong managerial skills
-Knowledge and skill in managing people
-Broad knowledge in best practices of Human Resources Area
-Strong knowledge on Government Regulations
-Knowledge in planning and budgeting
-Fluent in English (Written & Spoken) familiar and able make report
-Good communication & negotiation skills, self motivated ,target and result oriented
-Good presentation and computer skill
