Training Development Specialist

Responsible for new staff orientation, training & development, and performance management processes are developed and implemented in accordance with Plan Indonesia’s people and culture strategies, policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree Psychology/Human Resources Management or other Social Sciences
- Minimum 5 years related experienced, preferably experience in Non Government Organization
- Having understanding of Human resources management
- Having understanding of training design, organization and evaluation
- Facilitation and negotiation skills
- Good English skill both in oral and written communication
- Good computer skill.
