Plant Controller
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan)
Responsibilities:
-Analyse & review Plant’s financial results, production variances, Key financial Performance Indicators (KPIs) and communicate with Plant management team on issue analysis as well as recommended action plans. Timely and accurate preparation of required monthly reporting for SEA, AP and Kew Operations. Variance drivers and action plans clearly communicated to Plant management and SEA Operations
Requirements:
-A degree in Accounting or other relevant tertiary qualification, Demonstrated skills in Leadership and team motivation, good knowledge of manufacturing processes and PRISM manufacturing system preferred
-Having 5 – 8 years in accounting positions (2-3 years at a management level) in a manufacturing industry with proven exposure to cost analysis, cost control and team involvement
-An ability to understand and anticipate key areas of profit/exposure and react to them
-Ability to work unsupervised
-Good communication, interpersonal and management skills
-Prior plant controllership or cost accounting experience preferred
-Demonstrates ability to work effectively across different levels of the organization
-US GAAP
