4 residentials area consists of Mediterania Garden Residences 1 & 2, Royal Mediterania Garden Residences and Central Park Residences.

We are inviting professional candidates who want to grow with us for the stated position:
Quantity Surveyor Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Prepares estimates and bill of quantities for project
Incharge of material requisition
Makes Price Quotation/Proposal for presentation to clients
Monitors project expenses and accomplishment
Prepares collection billing for all clients and subcontractors
Conducts regular site inspection to ensure that quality and specifications conform with plans
In-charge of all documentations

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
