-Hold min Degree from reputable university with a relevant background
-Having min 2 years experience as a kindergarten Teacher / Primary teacher
-Have experience in Montessory teaching is preferred
-Fluent & active English ( min TOEFL score 500 )
-Computer Literate
-Love children & teaching
-Able to work in a team or independently
