*DAP Human Resources* is a division of PT Donata Agung Perkasa (DAP) - Human
Resources Consultant firm. Currently we are helping our client, a
Multinational company leading in plant breeding technology. The company will
bring its elite germplasm offers many benefits to markets throughout the
region. They will offer a long term commitment to Indonesia by investing in
and establishing breeding programs, processing facilities, research
facilities and local staffing. Their aims are:
To bring elite germplasm to Indonesia in the form of Tropical Hybrid
Vegetables.
To establish collaborative breeding and trial programs with government
and private organizations in Indonesia, to develop and select specific
varieties that are suited to Indonesian conditions.
To improve the productivity of Indonesian agriculture by introducing
elite varieties of tropical hybrid vegetables.
For these purposes, we are looking for professionals to be position as:
Product Development Manager (Code: 19350001) � 1 position*
Qualifications:
-Education background: university degree in plant science /
agriculture.
-At least 5 (five) years experiences in hybrid plant production /
agronomy / seed industry.
-Able to supervise / manage the subordinates.
-Fluent in English.
-Computer literate.
-Willing to work on some weekends & public holidays as well as
willing to travel.
-Good communication skill.
-Must possess excellent analytical & interpersonal skills.
Assistant Product Development Manager
Requirements :
-Education background: university degree in plant science /
agriculture.
-At least 2 (two) years experiences in hybrid plant production and
agronomy / seed industry.
-Fluent in English.
-Computer literate.
Product Technical Manager (Code: 19360001) � 1 position*
Requirements :
-Education background: university degree in plant science /
agriculture.
-At least 4 (four) years experiences in agro industry.
-Able to supervise / manage the subordinates.
-Fluent in English.
-Computer literate.
-Willing to work on some weekends & public holidays as well as
willing to travel.
-Good communication skill.
-Must possess excellent analytical & interpersonal skills.
