Professional Sales & Marketing Assistant
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
-The job holder will be responsible for providing comprehensive sales and marketing services for the organization.
-He/she will be responsible
-Research new market opportunities
-Map out potential customers and competitors as well as arranging competitors information
-Determine unmet needs and market structure (channels)
-Contact and conduct initial follow up-ups on sales projects
-Coordinate with our sales and technical staff to facilitate marketing functions (i.e. brochures, trade shows, mailings, seminars etc.)
-Provide status reports to Managing Director on overall sales and marketing activities
-Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and Access
-Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
-Maintain hardcopy and electronic filing systems
-Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences. Coordinates employee travel (air/land, lodging etc) to and from customer
-Support our existing distributors by coordinating the communication with the head office and other related subsidiaries
-Research for the market information, i.e. prices, market size, volume and opportunities and report to the management regularly
-To create, develop and maintain the professional image of the company at all times.
-To carry out from time to time extra duties as may be requested by the management.
-He/she will be directly responsible to Managing Director Indonesia.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience
-Age 28 years up
-Fundamental experience in B2B marketing
-Fluent in English communication, reading and writing.
-Result-oriented and capable of working independently.
-Mature, committed and dynamic with excellence analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
-Computer literacy (Microsoft, Access, Power Point, Word, Excel)
