PT, Jaya Readymix, a Joint Venture company between PT. Pembangunan Jaya and Boral Limited Australia is a specialized in concrete and quarrying company, currently seeks tough persons to fill following positions:

Business Development & Planning Manager (BDPM)
Bachelor Degree in engineering, preferably Civil & Industrial Engineering, min. 3 yrs managerial level in Business Dev. & Planning preferably in concrete or construction industry.

Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Bachelor Degree in Civil Eng/Architect/Business Adm. min. 3 yrs managerial level in Sales, understands about concrete and
construction industry.

Transport Manager (TM)
Bachelor Degree in any discipline preferably Transport Mgt, min. 3 yrs managerial level, exp in strategic planning and managing large fleet (truck) and drivers, strong leadership.

Quarry Superintendent (QS)
Bachelor Degree in Geology or Mine Engineering, min 3 yrs of exp. in mining company, familiar with crushing plant. blasting and quarry operation, hold the POP/POM would be an advantage, hold blaster certificate class 2.

Lean Manager (LM)
Bachelor Degree with a min, 3 yrs exp in LEAN manufacturing, must have good communication skills, be a motivated self starter with a passion for transforming businesses and implementing LEAN systems.
