Public Relation Specialist
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
-Hold event relates to media as a channel of publicity informing product as well as corporate.
-Establish good relationship with the journalist for favorable media coverage purpose.
-Identify key journalist who is responsible for IT section as well as marketing feature writing.
-Actively seek opportunity to place messages on the media about the brand, the product and the management personnel.
-Hand in hand with media buying to gain maximum publicity.
-Analyze the effectiveness of the media relations.
-Manage internal communications within organization (employee) and external communications (partners and consumers) using several medium.
-Undertake the production, publication and distribution of Internal Newsletter.
-Maintain an archive of all data for internal public in hard copy and electronic.
-Analyze the effective of the used channel in communicating with employee.
-Responsible for Company website to keep it updated.
-Keep management informed of what is being said about the organization and about issues important to the organization in the media.
-Monitor the news coverage about electronic industry and competitor.
-Analysis the media coverage per month to know Company position.
-Ensure the communications materials out to external publics represent brand policy.
-Evaluate the effectiveness of any public relations program, and analyze to search for better.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications or equivalent.
-Required skill(s): Public Relation, Media Communication.
-Required language(s): English.
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
-Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
-Preferably Managers specializing in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
-Full-Time positions available.
-Bachelor degree in Public Relation.
-Able to conduct presentation and promotion event
