QHSE (Quality Health Safety & Environment) Coordinator (Batam)
-Ensures QHSE function by conceiving quality, health, safety and environment planning and adapting existing systems in area of QHSE management and supervising the implementation
-Develop and maintain the QA/QC and ISO 9001 management system and ensure the equipment/tools are inspected/certified to the requirements before shipping to the field location.
-Assists Operation and Base Manager to conduct QHSE Management System and maintain Quality Policy and Quality Objective of each function to meet requirement.
-Conduct quality, health, safety & environment training and related subject to meet Company needs and requirements.
-Collaborates with employees and supervisors to identify and correct potential safety and health hazards.
-Develop safe standard work practices with line personnel and monitors conformance through safety and housekeeping inspection including accidents and incidents report and recommends actions for improvement.
Admin Assistant / Receptionist (Batam)
-Telephone duties & distribution messages and maintain internal and external phone lists and contract databases
-Distribute and filing of internal and external mail, faxes and other documentations and insure confidentiality is maintained
-Maintain, monitor and control distribution of general office supplies & stationary and handle all office’s expense, petty cash and prepare the reports
-Maintain good house keeping standards in common office areas.
-Arrange transportation & travel requirement and accommodation/hotel reservation
-Meet and greet visitors and direct to concerned parties
-Arrange meeting minutes and invite participant and complete the meeting report
-Handle general administration for expatriates and local staff including, passport, visa, work permit, invitation letter, etc.
Requirements:
-Proficiency in English both oral and written is a must
-Min 2 years experience, preferred in the Oil & Gas Company
-Proficiency in operating Ms. Office, Excel, Outlook
