Receptionist/Administration Assistant
Regarding to our company’s expansion and growth, we need one person to fill in the position as RECEPTIONIST/ ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT, with the requirement and responsibilities as follows:
1.Fluent in English both oral and written
2.Having Associate Degree (D3) from Secretarial Study
3.Having minimum 1 year experience as Administration Staff/Receptionist/ Secretary
4.Responsible to handle incoming phone call
5.Responsible to handle visitors and guest
6.Responsible to assist Client Service Assistant in handling incoming & outgoing letter
7.Responsible to assist Client Service Assistant in arranging the interview schedule with candidates
8.Responsible to assist Reasearch and Database in Update database and research system
9.Responsible to assist Reasearch and Database in manage the database, receiving incoming resume
