RECEPTIONIST (Temporary/Internship)
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- answer telephone, screen and direct calls in a pleasant
- take and relay messages
- provide information to callers
- greet persons entering company with courteous manner and hospitality
- direct persons to correct destination/company
- deal with queries from the public and customers
- ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of office/company
- general administrative and clerical support
- prepare letters and documents
- receive and sort mail and deliveries
- schedule appointments
- maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
- tidy and maintain the reception area
- Represents the company image as the front office stage
Education and Experience
- Minimum D3 degree from any major
- Female, age between 20-26
- Preferably have 1 year experience as receptionist
- Having knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Software and internet
- Good communication (preferably spoken in English)
- Good looking, attractive, communicative and friendly
